NOTE: This Event will be timed so you can bid on items as they close!

  • Buses & Other Vehicles - 1170 Kevin Roberts Way, Greensboro GA 30642.
ONSITE PREVIEW & INSPECTION:
  • Wed Oct. 13 10am - 7pm ET
  • Thur Oct 14, 10am - 5pm ET
Invoicing - For Buyer Purchases, Balance Due Invoices will be emailed by 11am, Thursday, October 21, 2021.

Payment Deadline: Payments must be completed
before 5pm Eastern Time on Thursday, October 21, 2021, without exception. You must have a printed PAID-IN-FULL receipt for pick-up. All Purchases must be paid in full prior to any loadout/pick up. Buyer must have a paid Invoice for loadout/pick up.


LOADOUT / PURCHASES PICK UP/REMOVAL:

DEADLINE - ALL PURCHASES MUST BE REMOVED NO LATER THAN 2PM, Friday, October 29, 2021!
  • Fri Oct. 22, 10am - 7pm
  • Sat Oct 23, 10pm - 5pm
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Loadout/Pick Up/Removal:
  • Mon Oct. 25, 2021
  • Tues Oct 26
  • Wed Oct 27
  • Thur Oct 28
  • Fri Oct 29, 2021 Last removal must be no later than 2pm!


Pick Up/Removal: BUYER is fully & totally responsible for arranging shipping, pick up, delivery. Buyer must provide their own help & equipment, tools, materials/supplies, & whatever else needed to load.
Auction Company will NOT pack or load & will NOT ship, nor arrange for shipping! Auctioneer will not provide equipment nor tools needed for removing, moving, or loading Buyer purchases.


SALES TAX - Sales Tax will be charged & collected unless Bidder provides a COPY of Sales Tax Exemption Document that is current & active. Copies can be emailed to Sam@samwillauction.com.
